THE ROLE
$65,000 - $85,000 + super + bonuses
You will take full ownership of the club:
- Lead and manage all staff performance
- Drive membership growth, retention, and sales
- Maintain elite standards across the entire facility
- Oversee daily operations, systems, and reporting
- Build a strong, loyal member community
- Enforce accountability across the team
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Gym Manager (desirable)
- Strong leader with presence and authority
- Commercially driven — you understand numbers and KPIs
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Confident handling difficult situations and making decisions
- Passionate about delivering a premium member experience

This is a hands-on leadership role.
