The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group is currently seeking a Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team

Brisbane Airport Hotels Group brings together Pullman, Novotel, ibis and the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre, offering 532 stylish rooms, three vibrant restaurants, a rooftop event space and 17 modern meeting rooms.
About the Role:

As a Commis Chef, you’ll play a key role in our culinary team, creating quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. You will:

Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard.
Work efficiently to meet service deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen.
Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards.
Support the team by assisting with special requests and menu changes.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.

About You:

You’re passionate about food and eager to grow your culinary career. You’ll bring:

A valid Food Safety Certificate (essential).
Technical cooking knowledge across a range of techniques and styles.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a busy, service-driven environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Reliable transport (preferred due to location).
