Join MACSEYE as the Coordinator of our Brighton OSHC service, where you'll lead a small team, build meaningful relationships with families, and deliver engaging programs that make a real difference in children's lives.

Every day, you'll create safe, inclusive spaces where children can learn, play, and thrive before and after school.

Permanent Part-Time $39–$45/hr + Super + Allowances

Rostered Hours

Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
️ Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week

Job Description

Duties

Lead & Develop Your Team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
Deliver Outstanding Programs – Plan and deliver engaging, child-led, and age appropriate activities
Build Strong Community Connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) - Completed or In Progress
Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Australian work rights
