About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualised support that promotes each child's development, participation, and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Current Full VIT Registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in children's services, with a strong focus on inclusion support and early intervention.
- Experience developing and implementing individualised learning programs for children with developmental delays.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Key Worker and collaborating with allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners.
- Strong understanding of inclusive practices and child-centred approaches.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership skills and sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and relevant legislation.
