Urban Hive Homes Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic construction business while supporting project coordination, office efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative and business processes
Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, systems, and operational policies
Coordinate administrative activities to support construction projects and management operations
Manage office documentation, records, contracts, correspondence, and filing systems
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal team members
Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and management communications
Assist with project administration, including tracking documentation, reports, approvals, and timelines
Monitor office resources, equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure smooth operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and general HR administration processes
Assist management with budgeting, operational reporting, and business planning activities
Maintain compliance with workplace policies, safety requirements, and company procedures
Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
Handle confidential business information professionally and accurately
Provide administrative support to directors and management as required

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
Previous experience within the construction, property, or related industry will be highly regarded
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business management systems
Ability to work independently and support management decision-making
Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations
