Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative and business processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, systems, and operational policies
- Coordinate administrative activities to support construction projects and management operations
- Manage office documentation, records, contracts, correspondence, and filing systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal team members
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and management communications
- Assist with project administration, including tracking documentation, reports, approvals, and timelines
- Monitor office resources, equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and general HR administration processes
- Assist management with budgeting, operational reporting, and business planning activities
- Maintain compliance with workplace policies, safety requirements, and company procedures
- Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Handle confidential business information professionally and accurately
- Provide administrative support to directors and management as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
- Previous experience within the construction, property, or related industry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business management systems
- Ability to work independently and support management decision-making
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations
