Location: St Ives, NSW 2075

Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
20–38 hours per week, including weekday and weekend mornings

At Pattison's Patisserie, we believe a great café is about much more than serving exceptional coffee, cakes and pastries. We're a community-focused business where many of our customers visit us every day. They know us by name, and we know them by theirs.

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy making someone's day. If you're naturally warm, energetic, well-presented and love interacting with people, we'd love to meet you.

Experience is certainly valued, but attitude, personality and a passion for hospitality are what matter most. We can teach the technical skills—we're looking for people who already have the desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and enthusiasm
Prepare and serve quality food, coffee and beverages
Present our cakes, pastries and fresh food beautifully
Process sales and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards
Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment for both customers and teammates

Experience

Previous café, hospitality or fresh food experience is an advantage but is not essential. We welcome applicants with a great attitude who are eager to learn, and we provide comprehensive training.

Barista experience is preferred but not essential.

Junior rates apply for employees under 20 years of age.
