We’re gearing up for a busy summer season across our iconic harbourside venues – Foys Restaurant & Bar and Flying Bear Café – and we’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic people to join our team over the coming 4 weeks! Training Provided!
We’re hiring for various casual 15-30 hour positions (which will increase as the seasons change), including:
Waitstaff
Bartenders
Baristas

About Our Venues
Foys Restaurant & Bar: A modern waterfront dining destination located above the Sydney Flying Squadron, known for its fresh menu, stunning harbour views, and buzzing summer trade.
Flying Bear Café: A relaxed harbourside café loved by locals, kayakers, dog-walkers, and weekend brunchers alike.
Both venues are easily accessible by public transport, just a short walk from Milsons Point station, Kirribilli Wharf, and surrounding bus routes.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your role, you’ll be responsible for:
Taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables (waitstaff).
Preparing great coffee and beverages (baristas - minimum 6 months experience required).
Serving drinks, cocktails, and maintaining bar service (bartenders).
All roles need to deliver outstanding customer service to guests and support the team with cleaning, stock, and general set-up / pack-down duties
What You'll Need
- Working rights in Australia.

1+ years' hospitality, retail or customer service experience

A positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills.

Strong customer service focus.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team players who bring friendliness and reliability.
Bonus points if you have:
Barista or waiting experience.
