We are looking for a Senior Tendering Engineer – Protection, Automation & Digital Solutions (PME/ SCADA/ EPO) to join our Digital Power Application Centre (One Solutions Team) and help deliver innovative, connected, and sustainable power solutions across Australia.

EcoStruxure™ Power Operation (EPO)

Power Monitoring Expert (PME)
You’ll play a critical role in enabling our customers to digitalise, decarbonise, and optimise their power systems.
What You’ll Do
-
Lead the development of end-to-end tender proposals for advanced digital power and automation solutions
-
Design integrated architectures combining protection systems, SCADA, PME, and EPO platforms
-
Translate customer requirements into smart, sustainable, and future-ready solutions
-
Develop robust techno-commercial offers, including pricing, risk assessment, and value engineering
-
Drive digital differentiation through optimised system design and EcoStruxure™ architectures
-
Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Digital Delivery, and Services teams
-
Engage customers and consultants to shape solutions and build trust
(External) English Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
-
Degree in Electrical / Power Systems / Electronics Engineering
-
Experience in tendering, system engineering, or proposals within Protection, Automation, or Digital Power
-
Strong knowledge of:
-
Protection relays & substation automation
-
SCADA systems & integration
-
PME / EPO platforms (highly valued)
-
IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus
-
Ability to interpret SLDs, system architectures, and technical specifications
-
Strong commercial acumen with pricing and risk awareness
-
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
