In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering engineering standards, technical assurance, and asset management for Interchanges & Buildings and associated systems across the transport network.
This role will see you provide expert technical advice, manage standards development and implementation, and contribute to digital engineering and sustainability initiatives.
You’ll support audits, investigations, and performance assessments to maintain asset integrity, resilience, and safety, while driving capability uplift and compliance with ISO 55001 frameworks.
You will pioneer improvements in asset management practices and technical standards in a complex, multi-modal transport environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.

About you
You have Electrical Engineering background, extensive knowledge and professional engineering experience in: streetlighting, electrical and power systems (LV installations, renewable energy installations, emergency and backup power), awareness and knowledge of compliance and assurance aspects related to design, operation and maintenance of electrical installations.
Your engineering expertise and problem-solving skills, formed across sectors such as transport infrastructure, building services, or electrical systems, will see you deliver technical assurance, overcome operational challenges, and bring innovative solutions that lead to improved safety, resilience, and cost efficiency.
