-
Manage contractor safety performance across multiple concurrent construction sites, including pre-qualification, onboarding, site audits, and corrective action follow-through
-
Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews for new charging products, equipment installations, and site layouts as the product roadmap evolves
- Develop and maintain EHS procedures and safe work methods specific to charging infrastructure, including high-voltage electrical systems, civil works, and public-facing installations
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to embed safety-by-design principles into new Supercharger, Destination Charging, future charging products, and Amenities projects
-
Lead event learning reviews, identify contributing factors and system improvements, and communicate learnings across the charging organisation
-
Monitor and maintain compliance with Australian and New Zealand EHS regulatory requirements, including WHS legislation, electrical safety codes, and environmental obligations
-
Analyse EHS data and field observations to identify trends, prioritise risk reduction efforts, and report performance to regional leadership

Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles supporting construction, infrastructure, or field-based operations
-
Demonstrated experience managing contractor safety across multiple concurrent work sites

Working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and relevant electrical safety standards
