About Us

At The Thrive Tribe Support Collective, we believe support work is more than just a job — it’s about building genuine connections, empowering people and creating safe, meaningful and person-centred supports.

We are a growing NDIS provider passionate about delivering compassionate, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming supports across our community. We pride ourselves on being down-to-earth, approachable and truly participant-focused.

We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker with The Thrive Tribe Support Collective, you will provide personalised supports to NDIS participants both in-home and within the community.

Supports may include:

Community access and social participation
Assistance with daily living tasks
Transport to appointments and activities
Emotional support and mentoring
Skill development and capacity building
Supporting participant independence
Personal care supports (where required)
Behaviour support implementation (where applicable)

Every participant is different, so we are looking for workers who are adaptable, compassionate and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and professional
Strong communicators
Person-centred in their approach
Trauma-informed and respectful
Able to work independently
Passionate about participant rights and choice
Flexible with availability

Lived experience and genuine understanding are highly valued.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (where applicable)
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Current Police Check
Full Australian working rights

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Highly regarded but not essential:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
Experience supporting participants with:
Autism
Psychosocial disabilities
Intellectual disabilities
Complex behaviours
Mental health challenges
Medication competency
Experience with manual handling or high-intensity supports
