About Us
Bespoke Gardens is a small, high-end garden maintenance team based on the Central Coast, specialising in acreage gardens. We don't do lawn mowing — our work is proper garden care: pruning, hedging, planting, weeding and keeping premium properties looking immaculate year-round. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we're growing our team as we head into our busiest season.
About the Role
We're looking for a gardener to join our small crew working across high-end and acreage properties on the Central Coast. This is a casual position to start, with genuine opportunity for more hours and growth within the business for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general garden maintenance including pruning, hedging, weeding, and tidying across acreage properties
- Work both on your own and as part of a small on-site crew to complete jobs to a high standard within scheduled timeframes
- Represent Bespoke Gardens professionally when interacting with clients on-site
- Maintain equipment and leave every job site clean and presentable
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for horticulture and gardening
- Some hands-on gardening or landscaping experience
- A strong, reliable work ethic and physical fitness for outdoor manual work
- A friendly, approachable manner — strong customer service matters in the high-end market we work in
- A positive, can-do attitude
