Guide Right Support Services is seeking a qualified Continence Nurse Specialist to complete comprehensive continence assessments for NDIS participants.
We are open to engaging the right candidate either as an employee or as an independent contractor operating under their own ABN.
About the Role
- Conduct continence assessments for NDIS participants.
- Develop detailed continence reports and recommendations.
- Identify appropriate continence supports, products, and management strategies.
- Liaise with participants, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals as required.
- Flexible work arrangements available.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Postgraduate qualification in Continence Nursing (or equivalent specialist continence qualification).
- Demonstrated experience conducting continence assessments and developing management plans.
- Strong report writing and clinical assessment skills.
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Knowledge of NDIS funding and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
