We provide practical and reliable water quality management and water treatment solutions, with a focus on understanding different client needs and supporting effective water treatment outcomes.

About the Role

As the company continues to take on more water treatment and water quality management projects, we are seeking a Project Administrator to assist with project coordination and the management of project information. This role will support project timelines, record keeping, project information organisation and the preparation of basic project reports. The position plays an important role in keeping project workflows organised and accurate, while supporting the timely delivery of each stage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project information for WAA’s water treatment and water quality management projects, including progress updates, timelines and work records;

Assist with preparing project plans, task lists and tracking documents based on confirmed project scope and service requirements;

Manage project documents, including service records, work orders, progress notes, correspondence and report materials;

Monitor key dates, outstanding items and project updates, and report relevant matters to management when required;

Record changes to project timing, scope or work requirements, and update project materials accordingly;

Collect and organise information from water testing, water treatment system work and related project activities to support internal tracking and project review;

Prepare project summaries, progress updates and supporting materials for management review and further planning.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or above, with qualifications in administration, management or a related field preferred.

At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in project coordination, project support or a similar role.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Careful, reliable and detail oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
