Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Narrabundah

A lovely small service we are looking for a strong leader with excellent behaviour management skills and fun positive approach to working with children.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 7:30am - 9:30am
After School Care: 2:10pm - 6:00pm
Admin: 8 hours
Total Hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
Remarkable: Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
