As Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high performance and quality outcomes
- Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy through your strong commercial and marketing mindset
- Guide your team toward Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standards
You are a confident and values-driven leader who brings:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong capability in leading teams, achieving targets, and maintaining compliance
