ROLE OVERVIEW

Seasons Mango Hill is looking for an organised and service-driven Receptionist to join our vibrant community. This rewarding role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day administration and compliance duties, while building warm trusted relationships with our elderly residents and their families. If you’re someone who is reliable, efficient, takes pride in your work, and enjoys variety, then we want to hear from you!

This is a part-time role, on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave, with immediate start.

You will:

Provide high quality customer service to our residents, their families and visitors, with a passion for enhancing resident satisfaction.

Provide general administrative duties including (but not limited to) responding promptly to calls and emails, processing billing and invoicing accurately, managing filing requirements and placing stock orders.

Maintain accurate resident onboarding/offboarding records, compliance documentation, and incident reporting in line with required procedures.

Assist with resident move‑in and departure processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Provide vital support to the Community Manager/Assistant Manager, maintaining confidentiality at all times and escalating any issues via the appropriate channels when needed.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, adaptable and proactive. You’re a professional communicator who has a genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs.

You’ll also bring:

1yr+ experience in an administration or reception role (aged care industry experience desirable).

Exceptional computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential).

Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Current national police check.
