Seasons Mango Hill is looking for an organised and service-driven Receptionist to join our vibrant community. This rewarding role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day administration and compliance duties, while building warm trusted relationships with our elderly residents and their families. This is a part-time role, on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave, with immediate start.
You will:
- Provide high quality customer service to our residents, their families and visitors, with a passion for enhancing resident satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative duties including (but not limited to) responding promptly to calls and emails, processing billing and invoicing accurately, managing filing requirements and placing stock orders.
- Maintain accurate resident onboarding/offboarding records, compliance documentation, and incident reporting in line with required procedures.
- Assist with resident move‑in and departure processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide vital support to the Community Manager/Assistant Manager, maintaining confidentiality at all times and escalating any issues via the appropriate channels when needed.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, adaptable and proactive. You’re a professional communicator who has a genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs.
You’ll also bring:
- 1yr+ experience in an administration or reception role (aged care industry experience desirable).
- Exceptional computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential).
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national police check.
