Description:
Quick overview of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating and executing communications, marketing and content to promote our brand, products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for design, brand and marketing.

What will you be doing?

Implement marketing and content campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media channels, including creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
Develop branded content including templates, signage, collateral, blogs, articles, and video content to support marketing strategies.
Coordinate the production, organisation, and maintenance of marketing materials and digital asset libraries.
Conduct research and analyse data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging across internal and external communications, including website updates and staff communications.
Support the broader communications and marketing function, including events coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, calendars, and administrative tasks.

Skills and Experiences:
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years’ experience in a marketing or content role (preferably within construction or manufacturing industries)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Campaign Monitor)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and campaign execution
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
