Executive Assistant to Leading Luxury Real Estate Agent

Our client is a highly successful, fast-paced luxury real estate professional known for delivering exceptional results across the premium property market.

Due to continued growth, they are now searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the right hand to the lead agent and play a key role in the ongoing success of the business.

This is far more than a standard admin role — it’s an opportunity to become deeply involved in a high-performing operation where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create a premium experience for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the agent’s diary, appointments & schedules
Coordinating property campaigns & listings
Liaising with vendors, buyers & solicitors
Preparing contracts, documents & marketing materials
Managing emails, calls & day-to-day administration
Coordinating settlements & sales processes
Assisting with social media, marketing & client events
Ensuring every client interaction is polished & professional

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be or have:

✔ A valid Real Estate certificate of Registration OR Real Estate License

✔ Minimum 2 years of Real Estate sales administration or Real Estate Executive Assistant experience

✔Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Confident working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professionally presented with excellent communication skills
✔ Passionate about real estate & premium customer service
✔ Proactive, driven & solutions-focused
✔ Able to anticipate needs before they arise

Previous real estate experience is highly regarded, however attitude, professionalism and work ethic will be equally important.
