This is a rare opportunity to gain true global HR and Payroll exposure within a team that is valued by the organisation and is on an exciting continuous improvement journey.

The Day to Day:
You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative support for HR and Payroll related activities including:

Facilitating effective HR related processes enabling employee lifecycle management within the Workday HRIS including maintain accurate employee records
Preparation and distribution of employment documentation (forms, contracts and letters).
Coordination of administrative HR processes (eg. Employee data maintenance, service awards, and reporting).
Triaging and responding to employee enquiries.
Escalate complex payroll, employee relations, or policy-related matters to senior HR or payroll team members.
Support ad-hoc HR enquiries and projects.

The Essentials:

Experienced in an administrative role, with a basic understanding of HR administration or payroll processes.
Organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Discreet and able to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
A strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
A fast and agile learner, able to manage competing priorities.
Values-based and customer-focused by nature.
A clear communicator both written and verbal.
Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously at times.
Comfortable using HR systems, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
Flexible and keen to lend a hand across the broader HR team.
