St Joseph's Nudgee College is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or Coordinator who is looking to broaden their experience across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to meaningful People & Culture initiatives within a supportive College community.

The Role:

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding and commencement.
Support the employee lifecycle by preparing employment documentation, maintaining employee records and coordinating employment changes.
Provide professional advice and support to employees and managers on People & Culture processes, policies and procedures.
Assist with employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management and documentation under the guidance of senior People & Culture leaders.
Maintain HR systems and prepare workforce reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Build positive relationships across the College while delivering responsive, customer-focused People & Culture services.
