About the Role
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where data, customer insights, and marketing strategy come together to drive real business outcomes.

As a Customer Targeting and Performance Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics and customer engagement, working closely with marketing, product, and data teams to turn business challenges into smart, targeted campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers across their lifecycle, using data to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and continually improve how we engage.

Day-to-day, you’ll be designing and delivering targeted audiences, supporting campaign execution across digital channels, and bringing performance results to life through meaningful insights. You’ll also take ownership of building and maintaining Power BI dashboards across marketing campaigns, onboarding, and acquisition, ensuring stakeholders have clear, real-time visibility of performance and outcomes.

It’s a hands-on role where you’ll not only build and manage campaigns, but also influence strategy, identifying trends, testing new approaches, and embedding a strong test-and-learn mindset.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data to create clear direction, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical, measurable results.

About you
You’re someone who naturally connects data to outcomes. You’re curious, analytical, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can influence decisions and see the impact of your work.

You bring experience in customer targeting, campaign analytics, or similar data-driven environments, and you’re confident using tools like SQL. You’ve had exposure to Power BI (or similar visualisation tools) and enjoy building dashboards that tell a clear story and support decision-making.

You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, translating business needs into analytical solutions, and communicating insights in a way that resonates with different stakeholders.

Just as importantly, you bring a growth mindset, you’re always looking for ways to improve how things are done, whether that’s refining processes, enhancing targeting approaches, or uncovering new opportunities through data.
