Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights and helping drive business performance?
We're looking for a Planning & Performance Analyst to join our Finance team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, partnering with stakeholders across the business to help inform decision-making and deliver meaningful financial insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and influencing outcomes through strong financial analysis.

What you'll do:
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across various business functions.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and performance insights for key stakeholders.
- Analyse operational and capital expenditure against budgets.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and decision-support reporting.
- Partner with leaders across the business to provide commercial and financial guidance.
- Assist with board reporting and business performance reviews.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or financial analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Workday, Power Apps, or similar.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification will be highly regarded.
- Retail, consumer, or multi-site industry experience is advantageous.
