Support Deloitte Australia's onsite practitioners located in Brisbane, as well as provide National support via one queue.
Provide end-user support across a broad range of IT services, including endpoint & mobile devices, collaboration technologies, conference rooms, and executive support.

Join our Brisbane ITS Service Centre team in an onsite Senior Consultant role where you'll help keep Deloitte's practitioners connected, productive and supported through responsive, high-quality Level 2 technical support.

What will your typical day look like?

Working across a varied end-user environment, you'll handle escalated incidents, service requests and technical tasks spanning hardware, software, mobile devices, unified communications and wireless technologies. A big part of the role is restoring service quickly and smoothly, whether that means troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues, supporting Intune- and JAMF-managed devices, or resolving connectivity issues.

You'll also play a key role in the moments that matter most to our people - onboarding new starters, configuring devices, managing asset recovery, and making sure the right technology is in the right hands at the right time. This includes maintaining accurate asset records in the CMDB to support strong governance and compliance with ISO controls.

Beyond day-to-day support, you'll work closely with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve more complex issues and improve how service is supported. From creating helpful knowledge articles to identifying automation opportunities and using tools like MyAssist and Copilot to streamline support activity, this is a role with real variety, visibility and influence.

The ITS Service Centre is the frontline of technology support for Deloitte Australia's internal practitioners. The team provides hands-on & remote, high-quality support across workplace technology, collaboration tools, mobile devices and core end-user platforms, helping people work securely and effectively every day. It's a practical, people-focused environment where strong service, technical depth and continuous improvement all matter.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
5+ years of IT support experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment

Strong technical capability across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management and mobile device management

Experience working with ITSM principles, ITIL frameworks and platforms such as ServiceNow

Confidence supporting a broad range of hardware including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and conference room technology

Provide exceptional face-to-face support for all staff, including Executive, Leadership, and VIP stakeholders.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced support environments

Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing

Nice to have: certifications in Microsoft, Apple, ITIL or related technologies, plus experience with Teams, AV support, and office-wide refresh deployments.
