Ready for your next move in warehousing? If you are an energetic, lead-from-the-front supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting results through your team, this could be for you.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, initiative, and a practical “get it done” approach. It is a hands-on role where you will be on the floor, supporting the team and owning daily outcomes (not watching from the sidelines).

Description:

You will be supported by a team that works hard, backs each other, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by:

leading the team day-to-day and keeping work on track
planning and allocating workloads to meet targets and KPIs
supporting in with pick/pack/dispatch and inbound work as required
overseeing stock management, cycle counts, and system updates
coordinating returns (RMA), stock transfers, and warehouse processes
maintaining safety, quality standards, and compliance
spotting issues early and taking action to keep things moving

Skills and Experiences:
This role is perfect for someone who…
You might already be leading a team, or ready to step up, either way, you are someone who:

is a proactive go-getter who takes initiative and follows through
has team leader/leadership experience and enjoys motivating others
communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships
has pick/pack/dispatch and general warehouse experience
holds a current forklift licence and is confident on the floor
is organised, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment
leads by example and enjoys solving problems and improving processes
Experience with warehouse systems/ERP is a bonus, but not essential.

Experience with warehouse systems or ERP platforms is a bonus, but not essential.
