We are looking for an established Production Supervisor who is up for the challenge, taking full responsibility to ensure accurate and timely regional production and warehouse operations — from receiving and stock control through to picking, packing, and dispatch.
This position will be pivotal in ensuring an unbroken supply chain for our clients, and a smooth operation for our Brisbane branch.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Providing accurate and on-time reporting to Supply Chain and Operations Manager
· Actively managing production assistant staff to ensure achievement of KPIs and daily activity targets
· Ensuring engagement, moral, and team culture are aligned with Thermogard values
· Maintain the order summary and production schedule
· Coordinate workloads and timelines from orders to dispatch
· Coordinating receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch of orders
· Ensuring materials are delivered to the production team on time, in full, and in the correct quantities and locations
· Coordinating warehouse layout to optimise space utilisation, safety, and material flow
· Developing and implementing stock control procedures and visual systems (labelling, locations, min/max levels, Kanban or similar) to reduce over-stocking and waste
· Booking and coordinating freight across multiple carriers
· Receiving and processing incoming overseas container deliveries
· Maintain the machines and adjust specific settings for production
· Overseeing the care and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, etc.)
· Ensure orders are packed and ready for dispatch
· Weekly stock takes to ensure inventory levels for manufacturing
· Assisting on the production packing line and willing to turn your hand to any task
· Supervising the warehouse and production while the Factory Manager is offsite
· Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
About you
This is a hands-on role, so you need to be confident in the management and delivery of each element in a production and warehouse operation.

· Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, receiving, or customer service role
· High attention to detail to minimise despatch errors and ensure orders go out accurately
· A sound understanding of health and safety, and a strong safety focus
· Confidence with computers and technology
· Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
· The ability to lift 25kg
· Reliability and punctuality as part of a team
· A forklift licence which is a requirement for this role
