We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Members / Forklift Operators to join our Brisbane Operations Team, supporting the preparation, movement, storage and dispatch of equipment used across major exhibitions, conferences and business events.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys practical warehouse work, has a strong safety mindset and can work well in a busy team environment. You will support equipment preparation, stock movement, loading and unloading, dispatch, returns, forklift operation and general warehouse support. A current LF Forklift Licence is required. High Reach forklift experience will be highly regarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack and prepare event equipment for upcoming projects.
- Load and unload trucks, containers and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Move equipment between warehouse, loading areas, storage locations and preparation zones.
- Support stock movements, receivals, dispatch, returns and equipment checks.
- Clean, inspect, repair, and prepare equipment so it is ready for the next job.
- Assist with pre-builds, staging and preparation for event projects.
- Great opportunity to participate of great projects in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Interstate.
Forklift & Logistics Support
- Operate forklifts safely in line with site requirements and company procedures.
- Support safe and accurate loading and unloading of equipment.
- Assist with freight preparation and movement of stock through the warehouse.
- Operate High Reach forklifts where licensed and experienced.
- Complete daily checks and report equipment faults, damage or hazards promptly.
Safety, Teamwork & Compliance
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including safe manual handling.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Work closely with Warehouse Supervisors, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Transport and Operations teams.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to a positive, reliable team culture.
- Support time-critical event delivery by preparing equipment accurately and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, hire, construction or operations environments.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to complete manual handling duties.
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety.
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
- High Reach forklift experience.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- MR or HR truck licence.
- Experience with stock control or warehouse systems.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, logistics or equipment hire.

Pay: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour
