Creative Content & Digital Media Producer

The Role

Conroy Performing Arts College is seeking a talented and creatively driven Creative Content & Digital Media Producer to capture and communicate the energy, artistry and personality of our Dance and Musical Theatre College.

This is a hands-on creative role combining photography, videography, content creation and website design, with the opportunity to help shape the evolving visual identity of CPAC.

We are looking for someone who can step inside a dance studio, rehearsal or performance environment and instinctively recognise the moments worth capturing — and then translate those moments into a sophisticated and cohesive digital presence.

From the athleticism and artistry of dance training to the personality, storytelling and performance of musical theatre, we want someone who can visually communicate what it feels like to train at CPAC.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the CPAC team to create a strong and consistent visual identity across photography, video, social media, website, digital advertising and student recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

Regularly capture professional photography and videography across CPAC's Dance and Musical Theatre programs.
Capture classes, rehearsals, performances, productions, auditions, faculty, student life and behind-the-scenes moments.
Produce both polished campaign imagery and authentic, energetic digital content.
Film and edit short-form video content, promotional pieces, Reels and campaign material.
Develop and maintain a high-quality library of CPAC photography and video assets.
Establish a recognisable visual style that captures movement, performance, personality and the culture of the college.

Website Design & Digital Presence

Design, build and maintain websites and landing pages for CPAC and associated programs or campaigns.
Translate CPAC's visual identity into a contemporary, professional and engaging online experience.
Incorporate original photography and videography into website design to create a highly visual and immersive representation of the college.
Build and update pages for courses, auditions, enrolments, faculty, productions and other college initiatives.
Consider the prospective student journey when designing website structure and content — from initial discovery through to enquiry, audition and enrolment.
Ensure the visual experience remains cohesive across website, social media and digital advertising.
Work collaboratively with management on the continued development and evolution of CPAC's digital presence.

Social & Digital Content

Create visual content suitable for Instagram, TikTok, digital advertising and other platforms.
Work collaboratively with the CPAC team to ensure content supports upcoming campaigns, auditions, enrolments, performances and events.
Adapt photography and video assets for different digital formats and platforms.
Contribute creative concepts for campaigns, shoots and digital storytelling.
Help establish consistency in the way CPAC looks and feels across every digital touchpoint.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands that photography, film, website design and social media should work together to tell one cohesive brand story.

The successful applicant will:

Have demonstrated experience in photography and videography.
Have their own professional photography and videography equipment suitable for capturing movement and live performance.
Be experienced and confident in website design and website building.
Have experience with website platforms and/or development tools such as Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Webflow or similar.
Have strong photography and video editing capabilities.
Understand digital content requirements across websites, Instagram, TikTok and advertising platforms.
Have a strong eye for movement, composition, lighting, design and visual storytelling.
Be comfortable working collaboratively while bringing their own creative direction and ideas.
Be able to move between capturing spontaneous moments and developing more considered creative campaigns.

Experience working within dance, theatre, music, fashion, sport, entertainment or another movement/performance-based environment would be highly regarded.

The Creative Opportunity

This role is about more than documenting what happens at CPAC.

We want someone who can help us visually define CPAC.

The goal is to capture the movement, emotion, energy, ambition and personality within the college and translate this into a distinctive digital identity — from the moments captured through the camera lens to the way a prospective student experiences CPAC online.

The result should be a strong, contemporary and recognisable CPAC presence where photography, film, website and social media all feel unmistakably connected.

Pay: $500.00 – $1,000.00 per week
