We craft unforgettable dining experiences across our expanding portfolio of unique venues. Our current venues include Rick Shores, Norté and Sueño on the Gold Coast, and Southside, Central, and Marlowe in Brisbane.
We’re looking for creative Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of our group's social storytelling. You'll create engaging content that drives brand awareness, builds community, and elevates guest engagement across our venues. This role is perfect for a hands-on social media specialist and copywriter who has a genuine passion for restaurants, bars, and hospitality. You'll live and breathe social media trends, bringing a sharp eye for detail, and craft copy that resonates across social, web, and email.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand and Campaign Coordinator, venue teams and external creatives, you’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns organised, consistent and delivered on time across multiple brands.
Social Media & Content Creation

Assist with photo and video shoots to deliver high-impact visuals.
Produce engaging reels and short-form video content in line with current trends.
Write sharp, on-brand copy for social posts and campaigns.
Maintain a proactive content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and seasonal opportunities.
In-Venue Content Capture
Be in venue when is all happening to capture candid, in-the-moment content using iPhone. Think dishes leaving the kitchen, energy of a full dining room, bar flair and the details that make each venue worth visiting.
Prioritise timely posting of Reels and Stories during or immediately following service, capitalising on the authenticity and recency that drives organic reach on Instagram and TikTok.
Build a rolling library of raw, unscripted footage that can be used across feed, Stories, and short-form video content.
Copywriting & EDMs
Create regular email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that drive engagement and bookings.
Optimise email subject lines, body copy, and CTAs to maximise open and click-through rates.
Ensure all copy across social, web, and email is consistent with brand voice and positioning.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and venue teams to bring campaigns and promotions to life.
Support with digital updates (website copy, Google listings, basic SEO tweaks).
Provide input on creative briefs for designers to ensure visuals and messaging align.
Monitor analytics across channels and recommend improvements based on performance data.
