About the Role
As our Sales + Admin team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries and a key part of turning interest into life long members. You’ll handle calls, SMS’s and email follow-ups, book inductions, and keep lead notes organised in our CRM system. While also managing day-to-day reception and membership management (payments, sign-ups, holds/cancellations, and general member support).
It’s a role that blends people skills, confidence on the phone, and strong attention to detail to ensure every inquiry and member experience is handled professionally and consistently.
About You
You’re motivated, reliable, and ready to work. Someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things properly. You’re professional and calm under pressure, comfortable juggling calls, messages and walk-ins without dropping the ball, and you work well as part of a team (taking feedback, keeping others in the loop, and following through).
We are looking for someone who is available to work 6 days per week, covering afternoons Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new enquiries via phone/SMS/email quickly and confidently.
- Qualify leads (goals, availability, barriers, urgency) and book the next step.
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows (reminders, simple objection handling).
- Follow the Integr8 sales process and update the CRM at every step.
- Use approved scripts; escalate pricing exceptions/policy disputes to management.
- Create a welcoming, professional first impression in person and on the phone.
- Handle walk-ins and enquiries with confidence and warmth.
- Maintain reception standards and presentation.
- Process membership sign-ups accurately.
- Handle membership changes - holds, cancellations, and failed payments in line with policy.
- Keep detailed notes, tasks, and outcomes in Clubworx so the team stays aligned.
- Coordinate with coaches about trials, attendance, and member needs.
- Communicate with other admin staff to ensure consistency
Required skills and experience
- Confident phone communicator (can lead a conversation, ask questions, close the next step)
- Comfortable working to targets and being coached on performance
- Resilient and consistent with follow-up
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Professional and calm under pressure; can manage multiple priorities
