Full Job Description

RSCO is looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator who can work independently from day one. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can read drawings, select tooling, set up jobs and consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brakes
Read engineering drawings
Select tooling and determine folding sequences
Produce accurate folded components
Check dimensions using measuring equipment
Work closely with fabrication and drafting teams
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' CNC press brake experience
Able to read fabrication drawings
Strong understanding of bend allowances and material behaviour
Experience with aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel
High attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Forklift licence advantageous
