RSCO is looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator who can work independently from day one. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can read drawings, select tooling, set up jobs and consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes
- Read engineering drawings
- Select tooling and determine folding sequences
- Produce accurate folded components
- Check dimensions using measuring equipment
- Work closely with fabrication and drafting teams
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' CNC press brake experience
- Able to read fabrication drawings
- Strong understanding of bend allowances and material behaviour
- Experience with aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Forklift licence advantageous
