Grill Cook | Brand New Opening | Lone Star Rib House Marsden Park

Join the opening team and be part of something from the beginning.

Lone Star Rib House Marsden Park is opening soon, and we are looking for experienced Grill Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for chefs who know their way around a grill, take pride in their work and can perform in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience is essential. This role is suited to someone who understands consistency, quality and the importance of delivering great food during busy service periods.

As part of our opening team, you will play an important role in establishing the kitchen standards from day one.

About the role:

Prepare and cook steaks, ribs and other menu items to Lone Star Rib House standards
Operate the grill during busy service periods
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across every dish
Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
Support the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work area

About you:

Previous experience as a Grill Cook or Chef is essential
Strong experience working on a grill in a busy restaurant environment
Confident cooking proteins to order and maintaining quality under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and pride in your work

This is a great opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant opening and be part of building a strong kitchen team from day one.
