Woodbridge Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a permanent full-time basis.

Located in Guildford, Western Australia, Woodbridge Hotel is a welcoming venue known for its quality food, refreshing drinks and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage and gaming.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house team members.
Opening and closing the venue while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance.
Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting.
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to building a long-term career.
Strong food and beverage knowledge with the ability to lead busy service periods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.
Effective labour management and rostering experience.
Proficient computer skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current WA RSA certificate (Approved Manager card highly regarded or willingness to obtain).
