Positions Available

Registered Nurses (RN)
Enrolled Nurses (EN)
Assistants in Nursing (AIN)
Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

About the Role

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months healthcare experience in their respective position level. Successful applicants may have opportunities to work across a variety of healthcare settings including:

Residential Aged Care Facilities
Community Care Services
Disability Support Services
Hospital and Acute Care Settings (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred care in accordance with professional standards and facility requirements.
Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Observe, document and report changes in client condition.
Maintain infection prevention and workplace health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Represent Six Care Nursing Agency professionally at all times.

For RN / EN Applicants:

Current AHPRA Registration
Current National Police Check
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date Immunisation Record
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

For AIN / PCA Applicants:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
Current National Police Check
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date Immunisation Record
Strong interpersonal and client care skills
