About the role
Provide advanced clinical nursing care within the Cardiology service, specialising in Acute Coronary Syndromes coordination. Deliver expert patient-centred care while supporting education, leadership, and service improvement within a complex acute care environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Deliver advanced clinical nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for cardiology patients
Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff in complex patient care situations
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to manage acute changes in patient condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated and high-quality patient care
Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives within the unit
