Full Job Description

Twisted Sista Cafe Byron Bay is seeking an experienced full-time Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy café.

Key responsibilities:

Leading front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering and performance management.
Maintaining a positive workplace culture and consistently high standards of customer service.
Overseeing daily café operations to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance and an excellent customer experience.
Managing inventory, stock control, supplier relationships and cash handling procedures.
Monitoring labour costs, food costs, wastage and other key operational performance indicators.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and continuous business improvement initiatives.
Implementing customer experience initiatives, workflow enhancements and operational improvements.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

At least three years' experience in a hospitality management role.
A relevant qualification in hospitality, management or a related field.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
