Twisted Sista Cafe Byron Bay is seeking an experienced full-time Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy café.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering and performance management.
- Maintaining a positive workplace culture and consistently high standards of customer service.
- Overseeing daily café operations to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance and an excellent customer experience.
- Managing inventory, stock control, supplier relationships and cash handling procedures.
- Monitoring labour costs, food costs, wastage and other key operational performance indicators.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and continuous business improvement initiatives.
- Implementing customer experience initiatives, workflow enhancements and operational improvements.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
- At least three years' experience in a hospitality management role.
- A relevant qualification in hospitality, management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
