What you'll do:

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset - and ensure your team are doing the same!
Manage excellent shifts keeping your team motivated, postive and our guests having the time of their lives
Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the Venue Manager to succeed
Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
Own your space! Ensure team members are experts, JUST LIKE YOU- whether you’re behind the bar, or managing the whole shift - Bring your A-GAME.
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

Uniqueness and a passion for fun
Experience running/managing/supervising a PUMPING entertainment/hospitality venue (and during the day of course!)
Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
Customer service, hospitality or retail supervisor/management experience and a love for building customer rapport
A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests and team members
Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
