Remote and Part time

Oversee daily medical practice operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, scheduling, theatre coordination, and service delivery.
Manage staffing, resources, workflows, and operational processes to maintain high performance standards.
Training the team and making sure the processes are followed as per the doctors policies
Act as the primary liaison between clinicians, staff, hospitals, allied health providers, and external stakeholders.
Support doctors and surgeons by aligning administrative processes with their clinical workflows, preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain expertise in Medicare (MBS), DVA, WorkCover, private health insurance, TAC, and compensation schemes.
Ensure accurate billing, claims processing, reconciliations, compliance, and revenue optimisation.
Oversee the end-to-end patient administration lifecycle, from referrals through post-operative care and billing.
Ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is accurate, compliant, timely, and accreditation-ready.
Develop policies, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Excellent knowledge of Australian Workcover and how the Medicare system works

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
