This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional with strong local industry connections who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is motivated to build business from the ground up.
Job Description:
Business Development & Sales:

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the nutraceutical, TCM, and functional food sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with local manufacturers, brands, and contract manufacturers

Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Actively expand Huisong's customer base in Australia
Market Development:

Leverage existing network to accelerate market entry and customer acquisition

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Provide insights to support product positioning and commercial strategy
Account Management:

Maintain and grow relationships with key customers

Deliver tailored solutions based on customer requirements

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications and Skills:

Strong existing relationships with Australian nutraceutical/ supplement manufacturers

Proven track record in business development and closing new accounts

Education and Experience Requirements:

5-10 years of sales experience in either nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, TCM, or related industries

Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
