Due to expansion, our high-performing and highly team-oriented property company is hiring an additional “Property Manager” to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focussed on client services and passionate support for our team members. You will have the opportunity to work with excellent property management and top-grade property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focussed on achieving results together as a highly team-oriented unit.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have any property management experience.

Your tasks include, but not limited to , the following to equip you fully and give you ample earning potential:

being one of the contact persons for property owners, tenants and trades
Assisting with variety of inspections, viewings, routine inspections
Marketing and advertising campaign management for rental
Provide maintenance support to clients and tenants
Property management related tasks.
Participate and support other services lines of your choice so you can learn and grow.

The person should be:
- Is willing to be a team player, learn and grow.

Interested in real estate industry and wanting to create a successful career in real estate

- Ability to speak any Asian language or Chinese (on just basic level) is just nice to have (but is NOT compulsory at all, as our business covers Asia).
