CASUAL EDUCATOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE - Pebbles Annangrove

Applicants must have completed a Certificate 3 or Diploma and have Paid Employment Experience working within a Long Day Care Centre and drive.

New enrolment demands mean we are growing quicker than expected and therefore there are exciting opportunities for experienced Casual Cert III or Diploma Educators at Pebbles ELC Annangrove! (Casual Employment - to cover Sick Leave and Annual Leave).

Pebbles Early Learning & Childcare Annangrove operates under the Pebbles & Co Pty Ltd Provider Approval and is owned and operated by Tracey Kelly.

- Casual Employees: (Available to cover permanent staff when they are away due to Sick Leave or Annual Leave).

- Available Monday - Friday between 7am - 6pm

- Certificate 3 or Diploma completed qualification with a minimum of 1 years’ PAID experience working within a centre.

- Candidate that drive as public transport doesn’t allow for availability for the centres start and finish times.

· Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.

· Act in accordance with our Child Safe Code of Conduct, policies, and reporting obligations.

· Participate in child safe recruitment screening, including verification checks and referee checks, as part of our employment process.

· Be willing to act immediately to report any child protection or child safety concerns in line with legal obligations.

· Follow strict privacy and digital device requirements, including no unauthorised use of personal devices in child spaces.

· Participate in mandatory child safe training, including child protection and reporting obligations as required by NSW legislation.

· Notify the Approved Provider immediately if their Working With Children Check status changes, including suspension, interim bar, or bar.

Requirements:

CPR - HLTAID009 / First Aid - HLTAID012: Required/ willing to obtain.
Completed a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Child Protection Awareness
Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate: Required or willing to complete.
Working With Children Check: Required
National Police Check: Required, within the last two months / willing to obtain.
Positive Culture: Ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive environment within our Centre.
Engagement: Create and maintain a warm, stimulating environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
