Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time)
Ermington Rainbow Cottage is seeking a passionate, caring and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. Located in Ermington, Rainbow Cottage is a family-owned and operated early learning service that has proudly supported local families for over 12 years. About the Role
- As an Educator, you will:
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Follow service policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full Australian working rights
- Previous experience working in a Long Day Care setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education
