About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III & Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join a collaborative and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is committed to delivering meaningful learning experiences and contributing to a centre that prioritises quality, care, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the team to evaluate and enhance educational programs
- Support a positive and professional team culture aligned with centre values
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Demonstrated experience working in a Long Day Care setting
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
