Alpha Industries is a proudly Australian-owned and operated family business with over 40 years of success. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team in Cavan.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys office administration, accounts work, and being part of a stable company that values loyalty, teamwork, and long-term career development. Previous experience is preferred, but we are also looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

As a valued member of our finance and administration team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Data entry and account management using MYOB
Assisting with job scheduling and administrative coordination
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal team members
Resolving account and administration queries professionally
Providing general office and administrative support to management
Assisting with various accounts and office-related tasks as required

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
Hardworking with a strong attention to detail
Experienced in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or a similar office role (preferred)
Confident using MYOB and Microsoft Office applications
Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Professional and friendly when communicating with clients and suppliers
Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

Monday to Friday
