Alpha Industries is a proudly Australian-owned and operated family business with over 40 years of success. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team in Cavan.

Previous experience is preferred, but we are also looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
As a valued member of our finance and administration team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Data entry and account management using MYOB
- Assisting with job scheduling and administrative coordination
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal team members
- Resolving account and administration queries professionally
- Providing general office and administrative support to management
- Assisting with various accounts and office-related tasks as required
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Hardworking with a strong attention to detail
- Experienced in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or a similar office role (preferred)
- Confident using MYOB and Microsoft Office applications
- Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional and friendly when communicating with clients and suppliers
- Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 37.5 hours per week
