Administrator (Flexible / Work From Home Option)

Commercial Cleaning Services Company – Brisbane Based | Role Located in Adelaide

We are a growing Brisbane-based commercial cleaning company seeking a reliable and

organised Administrator to support our Accounts Manager. This role is based in

Adelaide, working directly alongside the Accounts Manager, with flexible work

arrangements available.

You will have the option to work from home or from a home office setup in Somerton

Park when required. Occasional in-person meetings may be required.

This is a flexible role that would suit someone looking for work-life balance, including

parents returning to the workforce.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting with a range of administrative duties, including:

Managing the shared admin email inbox and responding to enquiries
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, records, and company files
Preparing and sending weekly reports to clients outlining completed works
Managing job files and documentation
Assisting with staff onboarding (sending contracts, maintaining employee files)
Handling general administrative tasks as directed by the Accounts Manager and Business Owner
Communicating via phone and video calls with the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous administration experience ESSENTIAL
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general office systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience handling client enquiries or complaints

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with setting up & using AI
Experience in the construction industry
Experience reading construction drawings

What We Offer

Casual position paying $34.00 per hour + Super
Approximately 15 hours per week (with potential to increase)
Flexible working hours (start/finish times can be adjusted)
Work-from-home option with support
All tools provided (laptop, phone, and any required equipment)
